Bench Press Tip🗣 What it Means to "Get Tight"

Use this to add some quick lbs to your Bench Press!

Todays post covers how to setup and create upper body tightness for a stronger bench press.

In short, if you wanna get stronger on your bench press, it helps to have as much stability in your setup as possible, as this stability will allow us to display our POWER.

Specifically, creating tightness from our grip and upper back is going to contribute to this greatly.
